Can my smart glasses have prescription lenses?
Most smart glasses can accept prescription lenses, either directly in the frame or in a separate prescription insert. Choose your model above, or send us its model number and a clear photo so we can check.
Which lens options can I choose?
Depending on your model, options include single vision distance or reading lenses, multifocals, clear lenses, photochromic lenses, polarised sunglasses and coloured tints. Non-prescription replacement lenses are also available for compatible models. Your model page shows the available choices.
Do I need to send in my glasses?
Selected models are available with self-fit lenses and model-specific fitting guidance. If your model requires professional installation, or you prefer us to fit the lenses, choose the send-in option where available. Follow the instructions supplied for your exact model.
What prescription details do you need?
For prescription lenses, provide your glasses prescription and pupillary distance (PD). Multifocals may also require fitting-height measurements or a fitting photo. We review your order details before production and contact you if anything needs clarification.
How long do replacement lenses take?
Allow approximately two weeks once we have your confirmed prescription, required measurements and frames if needed for fitting. Timing can vary with the lens options and model; check the estimate on your product page. Allow additional time for shipping.
